Nurture Buzz helps businesses to co-ordinate and deliver their ESG-driven sustainability and organisational-culture-based activities in the local area.
Our work:
Building on the success of our Woodmeadow Walk project (contributing to Keele’s University’s Platinum Hedgehog Friendly Campus accreditation), we:
Help local businesses to shape, fund, and deliver various sustainability-driven projects, both independently and collaboratively.
Find and agree locations for projects to be implemented.
Recruit funders, supporters, and volunteers, and coordinate volunteering activities.
Record and share measures of success with all contributors to allow them to see, use, and celebrate their achievements with each other and more broadly.
Volunteering:
We offer volunteering opportunities for businesses, their teams, students, and local communities, including:
On-site work to create and maintain sustainability projects that we call ‘places of happiness’.
Accessible ‘micro-volunteering’ opportunities like caring for individual plants or installations.
Remote work including marketing, data analysis, and measuring project performance.
Culture:
We help companies to recruit and retain people who care about their evidenced sustainability commitment, by:
Helping businesses to deliver local sustainability projects which contribute to the wellbeing of nearby communities.
Building connections between businesses, local services, and the natural environment so tenants feel good about coming to work and can deliver better outcomes for their colleagues and customers.
