We are Mondrem Group
Named after the ancient forests of Mondrem and Mara in Cheshire, we are Mondrem Group. It’s our collective mission to shape places where people thrive. So, our ‘ecosystem’ of companies, each with their own missions, work together to do good things – things that often wouldn’t happen without us.
We are a group of purpose-driven people led by a set of shared core values including seeking to understand the perspectives of others, building meaningful human connections, and creating shared understanding as a foundation for meaningful change.
Our offices are based in Keele University’s Science and Innovation Park, Staffordshire.

Our Group includes not-for-profits, brands, and companies. Two of our three companies, Nurture CIC and Mondrem CIC, are Community Interest Companies. That means we're not-for-profit and use the money we do make to support people around us through community interest projects and activities. We want to showcase the difference that CICs can make by creating supportive, inclusive, value-led places- an ethos is shared across the Group.
We believe in creating an inclusive, purpose-driven team. We are experts in our fields, and often have lived experiences of the areas where we work. We work with local universities and other organisations to nurture graduate and early-career talent.
Our approach has earned us recognition in several local and national awards including, Keele University’s Breaking the Mould Awards, the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Business Awards, and the National Undergraduate Employability Awards.
